The Real Casa de Correos, home to the regional Government, is preparing to host approximately 2,000 national and international communication professionals who will cover Pope Leo XIV's apostolic journey to Spain. This center will operate 24 hours a day from June 6 to June 12, centralizing all informational activities.
The two interior courtyards of the Presidency of the Community of Madrid building will be adapted to house dedicated spaces for press conferences, facilitating the work of television crews, print journalists, radio broadcasters, and digital media. Additionally, specific areas for interviews will be provided. The Real Casa de Postas will serve as a rest area for journalists.
In Puerta del Sol, a platform will be installed for live broadcasts by accredited television channels, and screens will be placed on the facade of the Real Casa de Correos. The center, spanning approximately 1,000 square meters, will feature workstations, radio booths, rooms for photographers, and technical areas strategically distributed throughout the building to ensure optimal news coverage.
