Music Business Academy has opened registration for the eleventh edition of its Blended Master's in Music Industry, which will be held in Madrid starting September 26, 2026.

The music business training school, Music Business Academy, is solidifying its educational offering with the opening of registrations for the eleventh edition of its Blended Master's in Music Industry. This program has been instrumental in training professionals who now work in record labels, management agencies, festivals, and promoters across Spain and Latin America.
The new edition will commence on September 26, 2026, and run until the end of March 2027. In-person classes will take place on Fridays, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in Madrid. Additionally, students will have one-year access to the academy's online platform, which includes specialized courses on artist management, promotion, and music marketing.
The Spanish music sector has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by streaming, live performances, and the international reach of Hispanic talent. However, the professionalization of the business still presents challenges. Many industry professionals have acquired their knowledge through self-study, in an environment where strategic decisions—contracts, rights, marketing, artist management—require high technical expertise.
Music Business Academy was founded to address this need and, after eleven editions, has established itself as a benchmark for specialized training in Spanish. "When we started, there was no specific and accessible training in Spain for those who wanted to work in the music business. Eleven editions later, we remain the most accessible option on the market, without compromising on having industry-leading professionals in our classrooms," state Alejandro Montoya and Nicolás Castro, who lead the project.
The program stands out for its flexible format, combining Friday afternoon in-person classes in Madrid with full access to the online platform for one year. It allows payment in four interest-free installments and does not require a prior university degree. The faculty comprises active professionals from record labels, festivals, agencies, and industry media.
Registrations for the late September 2026 intake are now open. All detailed information is available on the master's official website.
