Motorcyclist arrested in Tetuán for drugs and driving without a license

Madrid Municipal Police intercepted an individual on Bravo Murillo street with 210 grams of marijuana and an outstanding judicial warrant.

Agents of the Madrid Municipal Police arrested a man on August 3rd on Bravo Murillo street, in the Tetuán district, for speeding without a license and carrying 210 grams of marijuana.

The incident occurred around 5:30 PM when police officers, during preventive patrol duties, noticed an individual speeding. After checking the driver's details, it was confirmed that he lacked a valid driving license, leading to the vehicle's impoundment.
During a security inspection, officers found several empty water bottles and a blue thermos containing 27 small bags of a plant-based substance. In total, 210 grams of marijuana were seized.
In addition to the drugs, 210 euros in cash, distributed among several bills, were confiscated. The Municipal Police identified the young man, of Venezuelan nationality and born in 2001, as having an outstanding judicial warrant for a crime against public safety, leading to his immediate arrest.
