The match, scheduled for this Tuesday at 9:00 PM at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, has been classified as High Risk by the Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia, and Intolerance in Sport. This designation mandates clubs to implement additional security measures, including stringent ticket sales controls, segregation of fan bases within the venue, and supervision of stadium access points.
Security forces will intensify their preventive operations, particularly in monitoring fan groups, working in close coordination with all organizations involved in the event's execution and the protection of attendees. Approximately 3,500 visiting fans from the Catalan club are expected, filling the stadium's full capacity of 69,000 spectators.
The operation will include agents from the National Police, comprising specialized units such as the Police Intervention Unit, the Special Cavalry Unit, the Provincial Information Brigade, Underground, Condor-Drones, Canine Guides, and the Mobile Brigade. Personnel from the Civil Guard, Madrid Municipal Police, members of SAMUR-Civil Protection, the Fire Department, Mobility Agents, the Red Cross, and the football club's own security staff will also participate. Additionally, the presence of security guards on the Metro service will be reinforced.
To facilitate the work of the agents and ensure smooth access, all stadium attendees are advised to arrive well in advance to pass through the established security checkpoints.
