The remodeling project, scheduled for completion in October 2026, has already achieved an 85% occupancy rate before the works are finished. With a total area of 23,675 square meters, the complex aims to shift its traditional model toward a more open space connected to the urban environment.
The intervention has prioritized energy efficiency through the installation of solar panels and advanced cooling systems, thereby reducing the building's carbon footprint. Furthermore, the creation of Plaza Unión, a semi-open public area, along with new terraces, aims to turn the site into a meeting point for Madrid residents.
The commercial and dining offerings have been strengthened with the arrival of international operators and fashion brands, complementing the proximity services the center has historically provided. The complex's location, opposite the Asamblea de Madrid, facilitates its integration into one of the capital's most dynamic areas.
