The Madrid Railway Museum will host a special day dedicated to children this Sunday, featuring free entry for those under 12 and a diverse program of recreational and educational activities.

The initiative, driven by the Fundación Crecer Jugando, aims to focus on children's well-being and development. During the event, children under 12 years old will have free access to the museum between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and will receive a cutout train from Renfe while supplies last.
Among the highlighted activities is the children's show 'Who wants to be a railway worker?', which will be performed at 12:30 PM free of charge. Additionally, creative workshops will be organized where participants can design their own railway cap, with several sessions throughout the morning.
The day will be rounded off with practical rail experiences. Visitors will have the chance to ride the miniature trains at the 'Ferrocarril de las Delicias' park, an adjacent installation featuring a 265-meter circuit. It will also be possible to travel in a historic railcar thanks to the collaboration of AREMAF, with a small donation requested for its preservation.
