The city of Madrid is preparing to host MADO 2026, a ten-day event combining cultural proposals, concerts, and human rights debates from June 25 to July 5.

The official schedule begins with the Orgullo de Barrio initiative in the Chueca district, aimed at boosting local businesses. The calendar includes charity events such as Plumas y Patitas, focused on animal welfare, and the MADO 2026 Awards ceremony at the Institut Français de Madrid.
Celebrations will center around stages at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Plaza del Rey, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza de España. These venues will host musical performances by national and international artists, alongside discussion forums like the Madrid Summit, which will analyze the global status of LGTBIQA+ rights.
The highlight of the agenda will be the State Demonstration, scheduled for Saturday, July 4, which will march through the capital's main thoroughfares. The event concludes on Sunday, July 5, at Plaza de España with the Diversity Parade and the closing gala.
