Since its launch in 2019, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, the VUI has provided free comprehensive information and guidance on foreign trade. As of last June 30, this service has carried out a total of 3,165 support actions.
These actions include 2,887 personalized consultations, 118 conferences, workshops, and seminars, and support at 66 international trade fairs where Madrid companies have sought to expand their markets and establish new commercial alliances. In 2025, 930 activities were recorded, benefiting 2,397 users, notably 847 individual consultations and participation in 23 international events, which have served to "reinforce the drive for Madrid firms in their expansion," according to the regional government.
For its part, the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid has promoted 72 business missions and meetings through the VUI, benefiting 273 companies. This service, which is free for users, is sustained by the extension of the agreement for 2026 and 2027, with an annual investment of 700,000 euros from the Madrid Executive.
