The Community of Madrid has launched the "Labor Market at Your Fingertips" campaign in the Embajadores and Nuevos Ministerios Metro stations, aiming to consolidate all employment and entrepreneurship resources into a single digital access point.

This initiative by the regional government primarily seeks to raise awareness of the new portal, "Objective: Your Job." This digital space brings together a wide range of services, including job offers, training programs, career guidance, and various aid packages for unemployed individuals, freelancers, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and larger companies.
The campaign, unveiled at the Embajadores station, will initially be promoted in the bibliometros of the aforementioned stations. However, the regional executive plans to extend its reach to other advertising platforms within Madrid's metro network in the near future.

"The purpose is to consolidate, through a QR code, information that is currently scattered across various sections of the regional administration into a single access point."

The new "Objective: Your Job" service, accessible via the Community of Madrid's website, allows job seekers to browse offers, use a virtual office, and schedule appointments. It also provides relevant information for those looking to improve their qualifications, certify professional experience, or learn about available aid from the regional government.
The campaign aims to address a common issue: many useful services exist but do not reach their potential beneficiaries due to lack of awareness. It has been emphasized that the Community possesses an extensive network of guidance, training, and employment support resources that are often underutilized because many Madrid residents are unaware of their availability or how to easily find them.
The portal also incorporates valuable information for freelancers and SMEs looking to launch their own projects. This access includes advice, consulting, specialized mentoring, and data on both public and private funding options. Additionally, companies can access labor intermediation services and a directory of suppliers and collaborators to facilitate business networking.
