The new citizen service vehicle includes a specialized team of psychologists from the Justice department, strengthening the operation launched by the regional government. This unit joins the five already in operation, which travel daily to the various reception points set up across the region to facilitate administrative tasks and guidance for those affected.
Currently, the regional operation manages 24 reception points spread across 21 municipalities, serving nearly 3,000 people who have had to leave their homes. The latest facilities have been coordinated directly with the town halls of Collado Villalba and Pozuelo de Alarcón.
Psychological assistance has become a fundamental pillar of the operation, especially for those evacuated who have suffered the loss of their homes. The routes of these mobile offices are dynamically adjusted to the needs identified each day to ensure efficient coverage throughout the affected territory.
