A 42-year-old client from Madrid has achieved a remarkable 59.30% reduction in her total debt, decreasing it from 12,669 euros to 4,836 euros, thanks to the intervention of the company Repagalia.

The firm Repagalia, specializing in debt consolidation and the application of the Second Chance Law, has successfully concluded the case of Estefanía, a resident of Madrid. The woman faced a complex financial situation with multiple creditors, including entities such as MoneyMan, Vivus, Cashper, El Corte Inglés, and MyKredit.
Following a detailed analysis of her situation, the Repagalia team initiated an individualized negotiation process with each creditor. Over a period of 14 months, and by making a single affordable monthly contribution, Estefanía managed to free herself from her financial commitments, paying a considerably lower amount than initially claimed.
The strategy implemented by Repagalia allowed Estefanía to settle her debt with a final payment of 4,836 euros, representing a saving of 7,833 euros. This outcome highlights the effectiveness of expert negotiation and contract review in cases of over-indebtedness.

"Each case is unique, but with proper analysis and expert negotiation, it is possible to considerably reduce debt and even cancel it in some cases."
