According to the Deputy Mayor, labor negotiation processes require constant work, dedication, and a high degree of discretion to reach satisfactory agreements for all parties. Despite the inherent challenges of such negotiations, the local Executive remains confident in achieving a positive outcome.

The head of Security recalled that the municipal government has been analyzing the demands and proposals related to the Municipal Police since 2019. The main objective, it was reiterated, is to finalize an agreement that benefits both the officers and the citizens of Madrid as a whole.
