The Spanish capital is solidifying its role as a key hub for Vocational Training (FP) with the upcoming edition of La Red Dual. This event, which has proven to be a catalyst for the professional future of young people, will be held at the innovation space La Nave, located in Villaverde, on April 25th and 26th.
Following the remarkable success of its previous edition in Madrid, which attracted over 14,000 attendees, the fair returns with an enhanced format. The city not only reprises its role as host, but its successful model is also being replicated in other urban centers such as Barcelona and Valencia, highlighting its impact on educational guidance.
“"41% of young people from Madrid who attended the last edition at La Nave found their ideal educational center thanks to the event."
The event is specifically designed for Generation Z, offering a practical and dynamic experience that moves away from traditional academic formats. Young people, primarily between 16 and 22 years old, will be able to participate in practical workshops, face live challenges, and establish direct contact with FP centers and leading companies seeking young talent. Additionally, areas will be set up for attendees to share their experiences on social media in real-time.
La Red Dual has become a fundamental tool in Madrid's educational ecosystem, facilitating the connection between training and the job market. Furthermore, the fair will serve as a strategic meeting point for management teams, counselors, and innovation leaders, with the aim of fostering agreements between educational centers in the Community of Madrid and the business sector, ensuring that the training offered aligns with the region's employment needs.
