The Explanada Negra Multiusos, Nave de Terneras, and Madrid Río will host the sixth edition of La Sub25, a festival dedicated to young artistic expression, on June 27th.

The program 21 DISTRITOS, promoted by the Madrid City Council's Department of Culture, Tourism, and Sport, presents La Sub25, a festival celebrating emerging talent. The event will take place on June 27th, from 8:30 PM to 2:30 AM, at the Explanada Negra Multiusos, the Nave de Terneras, and the surrounding area of Madrid Río, in the Arganzuela district.
This event, now in its sixth edition, has established itself as a benchmark for showcasing the creative force and multiculturalism of young artists. The program includes dance, performance, visual art, theater, poetry, circus, and music, with the collaboration of MADO Madrid Orgullo. La Sub25 aims to foster a creative and participatory community, inviting the public to connect with youth culture through live performances, interactive activities, installations, and workshops.
This year's edition will merge visual power, new technologies, and live action. The offerings feature dance proposals from companies like EMPTY ROOMS and artists such as Carla San Martín; performances by Sara Herrera; urban art with Prospe Not Death; music and DJ sets by PatataOnStereo and DJ Klau; a photographic exhibition by Max Naranjo; poetry and theater with the Colectivo MIAÜ; and the PowerPoint Party presented by Helio Roque.
Attendees can also engage in activities like the ‘Expression Murals’, circus workshops with Circo Diverso, collective art creation with recycled clothing, or enjoy screenings of young filmmakers and a nighttime parade featuring a batucada and contemporary circus. The festival is presented as a living laboratory integrating new digital languages and traditional disciplines, promoting a safe and plural environment with information points on diversity, youth, sustainability, gender, and inclusion.
