The operation resulted in the arrest of 13 individuals linked to a network that kept victims under strict control. According to investigators, the group recruited women through false promises and forced them to pay for occupying spots in the industrial area, while also demanding a percentage of their earnings.
The criminal activities also involved coercion for drug trafficking. Victims were forced to transport narcotics hidden in their bodies from their home countries to Spain to pay off debts of up to 16,000 euros. Once in the country, they were also used to distribute the substances.
The investigation, which began in June 2025 following statements from several victims, was conducted with the collaboration of authorities from France and Peru. During the raids, officers seized one kilogram of powder, cash, sexual enhancement pills, mobile phones, and documentation proving the exploitation.
