A series of technical incidents is preventing the normal operation of the call intake system at the switchboard of the 112 emergency service in the Community of Madrid since 08:00 this Monday, May 25th. These failures are impacting the usual communication between citizens and the service operators.
Given this anomalous situation on the main emergency line, the coordination center has urged the public to use secondary contact channels for urgent assistance. If citizens encounter connection problems or cannot establish communication with 1-1-2, they are advised to directly dial the health emergency number (061), the National Police (091), or the Municipal Police (092).
Technical teams and services of the Community of Madrid have been working since the outset to locate and repair the fault. Efforts are focused on resolving the internal incident as quickly as possible to restore the ordinary citizen service and ensure the proper management of emergency calls in the region.
