The 112 emergency service of the Community of Madrid has returned to normal operations after a technical incident that temporarily affected call reception.

The 112 emergency service of the Community of Madrid has recovered normality after technical failures registered on Monday. Operations are progressively reintegrating into the Pozuelo de Alarcón center, while management continues from the backup center activated preventively.
Sources from 112 have confirmed that call handling is functioning without issues and that no problems are occurring in receiving alerts. The full return to the main headquarters is expected to be completed during the early morning, once it is verified that the system is operating at one hundred percent.
The breakdown detected on Monday temporarily affected the usual operation of the emergency phone line, making it difficult to receive calls. During the incident, citizens were advised to use alternative numbers 061, 091, and 092 until the service could be fully restored.
