A confrontation at Gregorio Marañón Metro station in Madrid on Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of eight individuals and two people suffering stab wounds.

The incident occurred around 6:30 AM, shortly after the metro service began. The dispute started inside a train car and escalated onto the station platform, according to police sources.
Madrid emergency services, specifically Samur-Protección Civil, attended to the two injured individuals. One person was transported to Gregorio Marañón Hospital with a hand injury.
The second injured person, who sustained multiple back wounds, was taken to Ramón y Cajal Hospital, where their condition remains reserved.
The National Police confirmed the arrest of eight people in connection with the brawl.
