The exhibition 'Disney: The Exhibition – 100 Years of Magic', celebrating the centenary of The Walt Disney Company, has extended its stay in Madrid until July 5 due to its significant attendance success.

Since its opening five months ago, the exhibition has received exceptional acclaim from both critics and the public. This extension will allow more visitors to enjoy the experience before the exhibition continues its journey to other international destinations.
Organized by Disney to commemorate its centennial, the exhibition pays tribute to iconic characters and stories that have captivated audiences worldwide. The experience offers an extraordinary journey for the whole family, featuring pieces ranging from Disney classics like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) to more contemporary productions such as Encanto (2021) and recent releases from Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars.
Spread across nine unique galleries, the exhibition takes visitors on a unique journey through the worlds of Disney, exploring a century of storytelling and innovation from The Walt Disney Company. The display features over 250 items, including artwork, drawings, historical objects like models, costumes, props, memorabilia, and up to 14 interactive installations.

"The exhibition combines education with experience, transforming the visit into a more dynamic, memorable, and magical experience for all ages."

Among the exclusive novelties of the Madrid exhibition is a dedicated space exploring Disney's unique relationship with Spain, highlighting figures like Salvador Dalí and the inspiration drawn from the Alcázar de Segovia. Two additional areas focusing on recent releases, Zootropolis 2 and Hoppers, have also been added. Tickets for the exhibition can be purchased through the official platform.
The exhibition offers the opportunity to immerse oneself and rediscover favorite stories, with a wide selection of pieces from the Walt Disney Archives. Attendees can learn about the history behind the creation of beloved characters, films, and shows, as well as enjoy the company's spectacular experiences around the world, from Disneyland Paris to Walt Disney World® Resort and beyond.
For over 55 years, the Walt Disney Archives have carefully preserved the “crown jewels” of The Walt Disney Company. In Madrid, artworks, animation sculptures, as well as costumes and props from live-action films are on display, including the carousel horse from Mary Poppins (1964) and the red dress from Cruella (2021). Other iconic objects include original prop books from Cinderella (1950) and The Sword in the Stone (1963), the glass slipper from the live-action version of Cinderella (2015), Iron Man's helmet from Avengers: Infinity War (2018), and Indiana Jones's outfit from Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023).
