The Aemet has predicted for Sunday in the Community of Madrid a scenario of overcast skies that will gradually clear by the end of the day. Light showers are expected in the Sierra during the morning, extending to widespread precipitation during central hours.
These conditions will be accompanied by a decrease in temperatures and a light southwest wind, which could present strong gusts at midday. Rains will be more frequent and intense in the Sierra, where they are expected to be widespread during midday and cease in the afternoon.
The thermal drop will primarily impact maximum temperatures. As for the wind, it will blow from the southwest with strong gusts in the middle of the day. Temperatures will range between 10ºC and 16ºC in Madrid capital.
In other towns in the region, thermometers will show between 9ºC and 18ºC in Alcalá de Henares, between 10ºC and 19ºC in Aranjuez, between 6ºC and 14ºC in Collado Villalba, and between 9ºC and 17ºC in both Getafe and Navalcarnero.
