The councilor for Culture, Tourism, and Sport of the Community of Madrid has expressed his view that the Health Minister should step down from her position. According to his statements, the minister's management in the Ministry has been "absolutely catastrophic," and he has criticized her for focusing on a potential candidacy for Más Madrid in the 2027 regional elections, instead of concentrating on her current responsibilities.

"If it weren't such a serious matter, it would be laughable."

The councilor pointed out that the minister has faced "strike after strike" and has "failed to reach agreements with anyone," despite being a medical professional. He described the Framework Statute as an "absolute failure," indicating that it has alienated the entire medical sector. In this context, he laments that the minister is shifting her attention towards a political candidacy instead of addressing healthcare issues.
In his opinion, the minister "should resign and stop having more whims," as he believes her current actions are "absolutely catastrophic" for the sector.
