This strategic move marks a milestone in Caro & Asociados' expansion in Spain. B Law & Tax brings over 20 years of experience, an annual turnover of 2.5 million euros, and a team of 20 professionals. The Spanish firm is recognized by international directories such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and ITR.
Alfonso Garrido and Inmaculada Pineda will continue as partners at B Law & Tax, ensuring the continuity of local knowledge and client relationships. The firm has advised on over 1.2 billion euros in assets, with clients in 82 countries, 72% of whom are international, and maintains a high recurrence rate of 95%.
Alfonso Garrido, founding partner and director since 2005, possesses extensive experience in tax advisory for national and international companies. Inmaculada Pineda, managing partner, focuses on advising corporate groups, high-net-worth clients, and foreign investors.
Initially, B Law & Tax will retain its name as part of a progressive integration strategy, aiming to enhance its market positioning within a broader international platform.
