Applications for these annual grants are aimed at families registered and residing in Boadilla del Monte. Beneficiaries must have children attending public, state-subsidized, or private schools in the Community of Madrid, covering the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Special Education (up to 21 years old), Baccalaureate, and Intermediate Vocational Training (under 25 years old at the time of enrollment).
To access these subsidies, several requirements must be met. These include all family members being registered in Boadilla before September 1, 2025, and maintaining this residency until the application deadline. If parents are not owners or tenants of the registered home, a certificate from the Property Registry proving it is their habitual residence will be required. Applicants must be Spanish citizens or foreign residents with legal status in Spain.
Families with minors who have an open absenteeism file with the Boadilla del Monte Absenteeism Commission are excluded. Furthermore, parents must be up-to-date with municipal and state tax and Social Security payments, and not be subject to any circumstances preventing them from becoming beneficiaries according to the General Subsidy Law.
The required documentation, available on the City Council's Electronic Headquarters, includes the complete family book or civil registry certificate, judicial resolution of foster care if applicable, separation or divorce decree, death certificate of a parent if necessary, and school certificate for the 2026/2027 academic year. A sworn statement of bank account ownership and, for students with special needs (ACNEAE and ACNEE), the corresponding assessment report are also required.
The maximum grant amounts vary by educational stage: up to 100 euros for Early Childhood Education, 187.50 euros for Primary Education, 250 euros for Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, and Intermediate Vocational Training. For gifted students, the maximum is 625 euros; for minors with DEA or NEES, 1125 euros; and up to 3250 euros for students enrolled in Special Education centers.
Applications can be submitted electronically via the Electronic Headquarters or in person at municipal offices for those without a digital certificate. The Registry's hours for this procedure are uninterrupted from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. These grants are not compatible with other subsidies for the same purpose.
