The job offer is divided into several categories: mobility and flow management agents and coordinators; drivers; and driver and fleet coordinators. The aim is to facilitate movement, organize circulation, and ensure safety and order during the event.
Mobility agents will be responsible for validating accreditations, guiding drivers and attendees, managing parking and waiting areas, and supervising signage. This position requires a secondary school diploma (ESO), a valid B driving license, and availability. Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of English will be valued.
Mobility coordinators will lead operations in their assigned zones, coordinate teams, and ensure the smooth flow of movements and access. Professionals with experience in team management in dynamic environments and the ability to make decisions under pressure are sought.
Adecco is also looking for drivers to transport guests, accredited personnel, and media. A B driving license with at least two years of experience and an intermediate level of English (B1 or B2) are required. Previous experience as a driver, in VIP services, events, or circuit driving will be particularly valued.
Driver and fleet coordinators will supervise driving teams, assign resources, plan services, and manage shifts and incidents. A B driving license with a minimum of five years of experience, a high level of English (B2 or C1), and experience in fleet management are essential.
All positions offer temporary full-time contracts. Mobility agents will receive paid pre-event training, and drivers will receive training and support during the project.
