The Community of Madrid has allocated 3.9 million euros from the Regional Investment Program (PIR) for infrastructure improvements in El Molar, including a new House of Culture and a school sports court roof.

The town of El Molar will benefit from a significant investment of 3.9 million euros from the Regional Investment Program (PIR) of the Community of Madrid. These funds will be used to enhance key infrastructure within the municipality.
A substantial portion of this investment, specifically 3.7 million euros, has been allocated to the construction of the new House of Culture. The Vice-councillor for Presidency and Local Administration, José Antonio Sánchez, along with the mayor Borja de la Morena, inspected the progress of this building, which is expected to be operational by the end of the first half of next year.
Furthermore, over 276,000 euros have been invested in installing a new roof for the sports court at the Nuestra Señora del Remolino school. This measure aims to protect the facility from adverse weather conditions, thereby expanding its usability for students, sports clubs, and other municipal activities.
