A total of 300 municipal police officers will reinforce security this Sunday in the Colón and Madrid Río squares for the broadcast of the Football World Cup final between Spain and Argentina.

The security operation will involve 250 officers assigned to the Plaza de Colón area, where a second giant screen sponsored by the City Council will be installed, with a capacity for approximately 20,000 people. This will complement the existing screen from the Spanish Football Federation, which can hold 6,000 spectators.
Additionally, two screens will remain operational in Madrid Río, with a combined capacity of about 15,000 people. The Community of Madrid will also set up a screen at the Movistar Arena. To address potential health emergencies, advanced medical posts will be established at Puente del Rey and in Plaza de Colón, with further presence at the Movistar Arena.

"With total enthusiasm, we are preparing all of this and we wish the best of luck to this team that excites us so much and that played a memorable great game the other day. Many years will pass before that match is forgotten."
