The Torrejón de Ardoz City Council has achieved a unanimous agreement with all unions to improve the labor conditions of its municipal staff and enhance the quality of public services offered to citizens over the next four years.

This pact, signed unanimously with the union organizations represented in the Council, aims to optimize employee benefits and, at the same time, strengthen the quality of services received by residents of Torrejón de Ardoz.
The local administration announced that both the collective bargaining agreement improvement and the civil servants' agreement have been unanimously approved. This joint support from all unions represented in the Council sets a significant precedent in the municipality's labor negotiations.

"I appreciate the capacity for dialogue that all unions have shown to reach this unanimous agreement, which will result in an improvement in the working conditions of employees and, above all, in the public services we provide to the residents of Torrejón."

The consensus reached between the local administration and union organizations on priorities for the next four years contrasts with situations observed in other municipalities in the region, where disagreements among unions have hindered the achievement of comprehensive agreements.
