The Torrejón de Ardoz City Council and various trade unions have reached a unanimous four-year agreement to enhance municipal staff working conditions and boost public services for citizens.

This pact, signed by UGT, CC.OO, CPPM, UPM, CSIT-PLA, and COBAS, marks a significant milestone as it is the first time in the City Council's history that such a broad consensus has been achieved with worker representatives.
The initiative includes improvements to the collective bargaining agreement and the civil servants' agreement, leading to direct benefits for municipal personnel and, consequently, an optimization of the quality of services offered to Torrejón de Ardoz residents.

"I appreciate the capacity for dialogue shown by all unions to reach this unanimous agreement, which will result in improved working conditions for employees and, above all, better public services for the people of Torrejón."
