The new appointment service is now operational and will coexist with the traditional method, which does not require prior booking until October 1st. From that date onwards, service will only be provided by appointment to optimize management and citizen attention.
Leticia Martín, Councilor for Modernization, highlighted that this initiative represents "a further step towards a more agile, effective, and modern administration," allowing for the optimization of waiting times and facilitating residents' relationship with the institution.
Citizens will be able to book appointments for various procedures, including Statistics and registry, Tax management, ORVE or single window, Scholarship registration (school supplies), and General registry.
The process for booking an appointment is simple: access via a specific link, indicate the desired procedure, select date and time, and fill in the required fields. Subsequently, an appointment code will be received, which must be entered at the kiosk located on the ground floor of the City Hall.
An exception is made for individuals over 65 years of age and vulnerable groups without access to new technologies, who will continue to be served without an appointment for their own procedures.
Furthermore, the existence of the Electronic Administration is recalled, which allows for online procedures and registrations using an electronic ID, digital certificate, cl@ve móvil, or cl@ve PIN, streamlining inquiries and formalizations.
