During the meeting, enrollment data for the current academic year and the impact of the strike called across all cycles of Madrid's public education system on local schools were analyzed. The meeting was attended by Mayor Jorge Capa; Education Councilor Marta Cumbreño; Public Works Councilor Isidoro García Bravo; and Services Councilor Antonio Plaza.
Details of the educational centers' climate control project were also provided. This initiative will be carried out by the City Council during the current school year, aiming to improve learning environment conditions for students and staff.
School directors presented their needs and priorities for the upcoming academic year. They also expressed their gratitude to the City Council for its efforts in addressing most of their requests, which are crucial for the proper maintenance of the facilities.
