The Velilla de San Antonio City Council held a coordination meeting for the EN RED ANDO project, focused on the well-being and participation of seniors.

The EN RED ANDO initiative, designed to promote the well-being, connection, and active participation of older adults in their daily lives, was the focus of a recent municipal coordination meeting. The gathering included the Mayor and Councilor for Seniors, Antonia Alcázar, along with other council members and technical staff from various areas of the council, with the aim of advancing the program's organization and launch.
The project will be supported by a multidisciplinary team consisting of a psychologist, a social integrator, and an occupational therapist. Its implementation is scheduled for late September. Planned activities and services include individualized psychological support, therapeutic groups on various topics, workshops, outings and physical activities, community gatherings, cultural and intergenerational proposals, and awareness talks.
Further information about the program and details regarding the registration process for interested individuals will be communicated in the coming weeks.
