Antonia Esteban, a resident of Torrejón de Ardoz, was born on January 17, 1918, and has reached the remarkable age of 108 years, becoming one of the oldest individuals in the town. Throughout her life, she has raised an extensive family, including three children, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, leaving a profound mark that extends beyond her longevity.
The Mayor, Alejandro Navarro Prieto, traveled to Antonia's home to personally congratulate her in an emotional meeting. During the visit, he presented her with a commemorative plaque bearing her name, in recognition of a life full of experience and wisdom.
