Torrejón de Ardoz Offers Parking Spaces for Cars and Motorcycles for Sale
The Torrejón de Ardoz City Council is selling spaces in several municipal car parks at competitive prices until May 2026.

The Torrejón de Ardoz City Council has begun selling parking spaces for vehicles and motorcycles in various municipal car parks, with prices starting from 7,511.92 euros for cars and 2,667.50 euros for motorcycles, as part of the 16,000 Parking Spaces Plan.
This initiative, which will run until May 18, 2026, aims to meet the high demand for parking in the town. Car parking spaces are available in the Torrepista, Juncal, Fresnos, Parque Cataluña, and Barrio Verde car parks. Motorcycle spaces are offered in Cañada, Rosario, Fresnos, Parque Cataluña, and Barrio Verde.

"These parking spaces for sale are integrated into the 16,000 Parking Spaces Plan. Additionally, we are creating new free parking spaces. Recently, we opened three new free surface car parks built by the City Council, adding 204 spaces on Orfebrería Street (Parque Cataluña), Malala Yousafzai Street (Soto Norte), and Valle del Honor Street (Barrio del Castillo), and a new free surface car park with 231 spaces built on Francia Street, created in response to requests from residents of Plaza de las Palmeras – Cañada. In 2024, we also launched the new free multi-story car park with 653 spaces and three floors located next to the Torrejón de Ardoz Station."
The 1st Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Urban Planning, Housing, and Youth, Víctor Miranda, emphasized that these parking spaces are being sold at affordable prices, below market value, to benefit residents of Torrejón de Ardoz in areas with a great need for parking.

Those interested in acquiring a space can obtain more information and submit their proposals at the Office of Rehabilitation and Housing of the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council, located at Plaza Mayor, 1. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The deadline for submitting offers is May 18 at 2:00 PM, and submissions must be made at the General Registry of Documents.
