On April 17, Torrejón de Ardoz will host the third edition of the Charity Golf Tournament, an event aimed at raising funds for the East Madrid Mental Health Association (ASME).

The competition, organized in collaboration with the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council, will take place at the Torrejón Air Base Golf Course. It will be played under the stableford format, with a shotgun start scheduled for 3:00 PM.
The registration period for this charitable event closes today, Friday. The registration fee is 50 euros for non-members and 30 euros for members, as reported by the Consistory.
During the day, prizes will be awarded to the top two finishers in both first and second categories, for both male and female participants. Additionally, a special award will be given for the closest to the pin. At the end of the tournament, there will be a trophy ceremony and a raffle of gifts among all participants.
The funds raised will be used to strengthen the services that ASME provides in the city. These include individual care for people with mental health issues and their families, as well as guidance, support, and the organization of cultural, leisure, and socialization activities.
The association, with 34 years of experience, also actively works to reduce the stigma associated with mental health problems and to promote the social inclusion of affected individuals.
