Torrejón de Ardoz is celebrating its second day of Popular Festivities this Saturday, June 20, following a successful start that drew thousands. The agenda includes morning bull runs, a daytime fair, and concerts by artists like Saiko and Andy.

The festive day in Torrejón de Ardoz began at 11:00 AM with the first morning bull run at the Plaza de Toros, offering free entry until capacity was reached. Later, at 12:30 PM, a children's bull run and a foam party took place in front of the bullring.
From 1:00 PM, the peña (fan club) area buzzed with the Feria de Día-Tardeo, featuring entertainment, water playgrounds, brass bands, and batucadas, along with shaded zones.
In the afternoon, the Plaza de Toros hosted a rejoneo (bullfighting on horseback) at 7:30 PM, with bulls from the Los Espartales and El Canario ranches, featuring rejoneadores Andy Cartagena, Leonardo Hernández, and Sebastián Fernández.
The cultural offerings were at the Casa de la Cultura at 8:00 PM with the XIII Coral Encounter ‘Fiestas Populares de Torrejón de Ardoz’, featuring the Santiago López de Pravia Polyphonic Choir from Asturias and the Torrejón de Ardoz Polyphonic Choir.
The evening featured two major musical performances. At the Recinto Ferial, at 10:00 PM, Saiko performed, requiring an invitation or ticket. Simultaneously, in the Plaza Mayor, Andy (from Andy y Lucas) gave a free concert as part of the ‘Noches en la Plaza’ series.
The Popular Festivities in Torrejón will continue until June 24, with more concerts, bullfighting events, and children's activities.
