Summer Cinema at Cardenal Cisneros Municipal Library

The Cardenal Cisneros Municipal Library in Alcalá de Henares will screen classic films during July and August, in a series organized by the Library Service and the cultural association Odisea Cervantina.

The activity, which began last Wednesday, July 1, with the screening of ‘The Adventures of Tintin’ by Steven Spielberg, will continue on July 15 with ‘Young Frankenstein’ by Mel Brooks. The July series will conclude on the 29th with ‘One, Two, Three’ by Billy Wilder.
Two sessions are scheduled for August. On the 12th, ‘Hugo’ directed by Martin Scorsese will be screened, and on the 29th, ‘The Man Who Would Be King’ by John Huston will be shown. This last film will close this summer film club at the main municipal library in the Centro Histórico.
