The Rivas-Vaciamadrid City Council has established a special mobility plan for the concerts to be held at the Miguel Ríos Auditorium on June 23rd and 24th, aiming to organize access and facilitate circulation.

The operation, active between 4:30 PM and 12:30 AM, seeks to optimize access to the venue, ensure smooth traffic flow for residents, and provide parking areas outside residential zones near the auditorium. The City Council reported that traffic will be regulated around the auditorium.
From the roundabout at the intersection of Aurelio Álvarez and Levante Avenue, vehicle access will be restricted, allowing passage only for residents. For attendees' parking, the lot at the junction of Marie Curie Street and Aurelio Álvarez Avenue will be used, along with spaces at the fairgrounds.
Alternative routes have been defined for residents. Those living in the area between Aurelio Álvarez and Primero de Mayo can access via the latter street, though the former is recommended. Residents between Aurelio Álvarez and Luis Mateo Díaz will use the latter street. Residents living above Ángel Saavedra can use either Luis Mateo Díaz or Ángel Saavedra.
Through this plan, the City Council aims to balance the concert celebrations with the daily mobility of residents and traffic management around the auditorium.
