The municipality of Paracuellos de Jarama is gearing up to conclude the month of May with an intense program centered around the automotive world. The events are expected to draw thousands of enthusiasts and curious onlookers to the town's main avenues, combining fun and automotive display.

Before the speed and engines take center stage, the cultural program will offer a space to learn about the local history and heritage. On Saturday, May 30th, official chroniclers will lead a guided tour through the historic center, revealing anecdotes and facts about the municipality's evolution. This activity is designed for both new residents and long-time locals.

The main event will take place on Sunday, May 31st, with the 3rd Crazy Car Race. This event, blending mechanical skill, teamwork, and humor, will see handmade, motorless vehicles challenge the local slopes. The competition kicks off at 9:30 AM at the intersection of Avenida Consistorial and Paseo de las Camelias, featuring age categories (5-8, 9-12, and over 13 years old) that will judge the originality of the designs and the resilience of the contraptions.

Simultaneously, the Paseo de las Camelias will host the 10th Classic and Sports Vehicle Gathering. This exhibition will bring together dozens of historic automobiles over thirty years old, alongside iconic sports models from different eras, transforming the street into a living motor museum. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact directly with owners and admire these rolling jewels.
