The town of Paracuellos de Jarama revives one of its most anticipated summer events with the return of its summer cinema program. This year, the initiative will take place on Fridays and Saturdays throughout July, featuring a diverse lineup for all audiences. A significant new development is the relocation of the screenings to the recently remodeled Constitution Square, which will serve as the outdoor venue for enjoying cinema during summer nights.
Screenings will begin at 10:30 PM, and admission will be completely free, with no prior reservation required, according to municipal information. The local council will provide 150 chairs for attendees, who are also welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks, fostering a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere.
The film selection includes various titles catering to different age groups. The series kicks off on July 3rd and 4th with films suitable for all audiences, such as Sonic 3, the movie and Pelican. Mid-month, screenings will be geared towards older viewers, with titles recommended for ages 7 and up, like Wolfgang (extraordinary) and ¿Quién es quién?, and for those 12 and up, including Jurassic World: Dominion on July 17th.
The month of July will conclude with two more films suitable for all audiences: Los futbolísimos 2: El misterio del tesoro pirata on July 24th and Robot salvaje on July 25th. The program is exclusively concentrated within this month, featuring a total of four weekends and eight sessions.
This cultural event, utilizing the renovated Constitution Square, aims to become a focal point for the municipality's summer social life. Attendees can find essential details: location at Constitution Square, dates on Fridays and Saturdays in July (3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, and 25), time at 10:30 PM, free entry, a capacity of 150 chairs, and the option to bring food and drinks.
