The incident occurred this Thursday around 5:00 PM, as the man was riding his bicycle. Emergency services received the alert and, upon arrival at the scene, found the cyclist in cardiorespiratory arrest with a severe traumatic brain injury.

Once stabilized and intubated, the injured man was evacuated by helicopter to Hospital 12 de Octubre, where he remains in serious condition.
Initial reports suggest that no other vehicles were involved in the incident, indicating the fall was a solitary accident.
