A 74-year-old cyclist was seriously injured on Thursday afternoon on Zulema road, in Alcalá de Henares, after a fall that caused a severe head trauma.

The incident occurred around 5:00 PM, when emergency services received the alert. Upon arrival, paramedics found the man in cardiorespiratory arrest.
The swift action of a bystander, who initiated advanced resuscitation maneuvers, was crucial for the cyclist to regain his pulse before the medical teams arrived.
