These four new commanders are now enrolled in a 300-hour selective course, to be delivered at the Comprehensive Security and Emergency Training Institute (IFISE) of the Community of Madrid. This training phase is crucial for them to fully acquire the status of career civil servants.
The training program is designed to enhance their skills in operational, legal, and police management areas. It also aims to update intervention and leadership procedures, adapting them to the responsibilities they will assume in their new roles.
“"This advancement represents a significant reinforcement in the command structure of the Corps, contributing to improving service effectiveness and internal coordination."
The successful completion of this course and the passing of all evaluations will allow the candidates to finalize the process and definitively access their new positions within the police force, thus consolidating the strengthening of security in Coslada.
