The deadline to apply for these homes, situated in the Residencial Los Rosales development on Calle Nicosia, opened this Monday. The complex features apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms, along with amenities such as a swimming pool, storage room, and communal areas. The first residents are expected to move in within the coming months.
To be eligible, applicants must be of legal age and possess Spanish nationality or legal residency in Spain. Priority will be given to those registered in Velilla de San Antonio or who have worked in the municipality for at least three years.
The Plan Vive is the Community of Madrid's initiative to promote access to affordable rental housing. To date, over 6,400 homes have been delivered out of the 14,000 planned across various municipalities in the region.
