The City Council of Coslada presents the second edition of the 'Tapea Coslada' Tapas Fair, which will take place from October 16 to 18 to boost the local hospitality sector.

The initiative, organized by the Department of Economy, Employment, Commerce, Tourism, and Energy Transition, aims to promote consumption in the municipality's establishments. The delegated councilor, Fernando Romero, encouraged residents to enjoy the culinary offerings.
A total of 29 hospitality establishments will participate in the event, spread across different areas such as the Barrio del Puerto, Ciudad 70, La Espinilla, the Núcleo, Valleaguado, and the Barrio de La Estación.
Tapas will be priced at 2 euros. Additionally, combinations with drinks will be available: tapa and a small beer for 3 euros, tapa and a double beer for 3.80 euros, and tapa with wine or soft drink also for 3.80 euros.
Throughout the three days of the fair, the public can vote for their favorite tapa via telematic means provided by the Coslada City Council. Three awards will be given for the most valued tapa, considering criteria such as presentation, preparation, flavor, and originality.
After the fair, an institutional visit will be made to the winning establishments for the award ceremony. The winning establishment will receive a promotional video for social media diffusion. Customers who taste at least three tapas and vote will be entered into a raffle for eleven extra virgin olive oil gift baskets.
