The Coslada Health Department has announced the celebration of the XII Health Week, which will take place from April 11 to 18, making it the longest edition to date in the city.

This initiative reinforces Coslada's trajectory as a benchmark in health prevention and care, thanks to its continuous commitment to awareness policies, promotion of healthy habits, community well-being, and collaboration with associations and professionals.

"Coslada has become a leading city in health prevention and care, and this XII Health Week once again demonstrates it with actions, with a broad, diverse program and the largest Health Week in all of Madrid."

Rubén Aguilar · Health Councillor
The program for this twelfth edition will bring together health associations, healthcare professionals, collaborating entities, and citizens for activities designed for diverse audiences, addressing health from a comprehensive perspective that includes both physical and emotional well-being, prevention, and the promotion of quality of life.
Among the prominent activities is the Health Walk, which will be held on Sunday, April 12, coinciding with the XII Health Race in the Barrio del Puerto. The Health Walk will provide a space for health associations to showcase their valuable work in supporting patients and their families, in a fun and enriching day.
Throughout the week, numerous workshops will be offered focusing on physical and mental well-being, women's health, and seniors' health, as well as Zumba and Yogilates sessions, ensuring options for all ages. The Health Department has emphasized the crucial role of the associative and professional network that makes this initiative possible year after year.
