The Local Employment and Training Agency (ALEF) of Getafe has held the diploma award ceremony for the 25 young people who successfully completed the Public Employment and Training Program for Professional Qualification with Emerging Professional Competencies. This initiative combines specialized training and professional practice in the field of Microcomputer Systems.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Getafe, who accompanied the young graduates and acknowledged their effort and dedication throughout the program's ten-month duration. During this period, theoretical training was directly combined with professional practice within ALEF itself.
This employment and training model offers significant advantages for students, including real immersion in the work environment, acquisition of key skills in the technology and microcomputer sector, and obtaining verifiable work experience that enhances their resumes.
The program also involved hiring specialized teachers and technical professionals to guide the students, ensuring a training path aligned with labor market needs.
