The Valdemoro Municipal Senior Center, in collaboration with the Community of Madrid, will host a free workshop on inheritance law and wills on Monday, April 27, aimed at seniors interested in planning their future assets.

The activity, titled “Planning the Future: Inheritance Law and Wills,” will take place at the Valdemoro Municipal Senior Center from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This initiative is part of the active aging program and aims to provide essential tools and knowledge to attendees.
During the session, participants will explore the fundamental principles of laws governing the transfer of assets, rights, and obligations after a person's death. Basic concepts related to estate and its post-mortem management will be discussed.
Furthermore, the workshop will detail the different types of wills and their legal implications, providing attendees with the keys to effective estate planning. The goal is to resolve common doubts and offer practical information that will be very useful for those wishing to organize their inheritance in advance.
