Four individuals carried out a ram-raid robbery at a Media Markt store in Alcorcón, stealing mobile phones and fleeing in high-end vehicles after a police pursuit.

The National Police are investigating a robbery that occurred early this morning at a Media Markt store located in the Parque Oeste commercial park in Alcorcón. The incident took place around 3:00 AM, when four individuals broke down the establishment's metal shutter to gain entry.
The first alerts came from the store's security company, which provided images of the event to the police. The recordings show two high-end vehicles parked in front of the store and four individuals using sledgehammers to smash the shop window. Subsequently, one of the cars was used to pull off the metal shutter with a rope, allowing the assailants access.
The robbery took place in a matter of minutes. The perpetrators entered the store, stole several mobile phones, and quickly returned to the vehicles, with which they fled.
Following the incident, the National Police initiated a pursuit that extended along the A-5 highway and the M-40. However, the vehicles involved, due to their power, managed to evade the police.
The investigation remains open to identify and apprehend the perpetrators, determine the value of the stolen goods, and check if the vehicles used are linked to other criminal activities.
