Several applicants have reported that the multiple-choice test contained an orthographic pattern that allowed for the identification of correct answers, potentially favoring certain candidates.
The committee will investigate how the exam questions were drafted, who was responsible for their printing, and the circumstances surrounding both the creation and administration of the test. This investigation will proceed without prejudice to any judicial actions that may be initiated following the complaints filed.
“"Residents deserve to know the full truth about what happened, and the affected candidates have the right to a clean, transparent, and fair process."
Among the candidates who took the exam were members of the local government of Parla, including a councilwoman, as well as other trusted officials of the council.
By approving this committee, the Parla City Council aims to determine potential responsibilities and reaffirm its commitment to the principles of equality, merit, and ability in selection processes.
