Public perception of street cleaning services in Alcorcón is consolidated with an average score of 6.8 out of 10, a figure that remains stable compared to previous years. This data comes from the 2026 Satisfaction Survey with Street Cleaning and Urban Waste Collection Services, which interviewed 1,550 adult residents.
The report details that the current score is just one tenth lower than in 2025 (6.9) and matches that of 2024 (6.8). This figure represents a significant improvement compared to earlier years, such as 2023 (6.4), 2022 (5.8), and 2021 (5.5), indicating a positive stabilization in public opinion after a notable improvement in recent years.
The positive valuation extends across all population segments. Residents from Zone 2, which includes neighborhoods like Prado de Santo Domingo, Las Flores, Valderas, Campodón, and Torres Bellas, are the most satisfied with an average of 7.6. By age, the 30-44 group gives the highest score (7.1), while gender differences are minimal, with women rating the service at 6.9 and men at 6.7.
In addition to cleaning, the survey analyzes overall satisfaction with Alcorcón as a place to live. An overwhelming 94.3% of respondents declare themselves "very satisfied" or "quite satisfied" to reside in the city, with only 3.6% expressing dissatisfaction. The study was conducted through face-to-face interviews with a margin of error of ±3% and a confidence level of 95.5%.
